Change Comments

When you save an event, a dialog appears that allows you to provide information to people who have requested notification when an event is changed or removed.

• Enter your comments about the change in the Change Comments text box.
• Click on Save to complete your edit.

Keep the following things in mind:

• For changes, the Notification message is not sent for 1 hour UNLESS the Notify Immediately checkbox is selected.
• For deletes, the Notification is sent immediately.
