Resetting Your Password
You can use the Reset Password screen to reset your Connect Daily password and send it to you.
Here are some things you should know.
- Each time you use this form, Connect Daily changes the password. So, if you use this form three times, only the password from the last message you receive will work.
- After you login, you should immediately change your password.
- You can't reset your password if you're using LDAP or AD authentication.
- If there are mulitple accounts with the same Email address, each account will be reset. Make sure you use the right user name to login.
- If you don't receive the password reset message, check your spam filter.
